Rivian Normal Plant Takes Direct EF1 Tornado Hit Near R2 Launch Window

An EF1 tornado damaged Rivian's Building 2 at the Normal assembly plant on April 17, hitting parts storage and logistics for the R2. CEO RJ Scaringe says operations resume this week. A hundred meters south and the R2 launch is a different story.
